Club Room Hire
The Augusta-Margaret River Football Club has excellent facilities including a fully licensed bar and club room which can cater for small groups up to 60 people or larger groups up to 250 people.
Bar & Club Rooms
The bar and club room area can be used for wedding receptions, engagements, birthday celebrations, product demonstrations, business seminars and corporate social gatherings, to name just a few.

The Hawks bar and club room enjoys panoramic views of Gloucester Park and a fully licensed beer garden.
The Hawks bar and club room provides a wonderful venue for:
Birthdays – please note we require security to be supplied by yourselves for all 18th and 21st birthdays
Engagement parties and wedding receptions
Christmas functions
Club and work functions including day hire and conferencing
Trade days or nights
The bar and club room can be transformed into a formal dining area including the general bar area. We can seat up to 110 guests for dinner or 250 standing guests for functions such as cocktail parties (with some table and chairs).
Please note all decorations, table settings etc are the responsibility of the person/s holding the function.
Ample car parking is available adjacent to the club.

Club Room Hire Options
The cost for basic club room hire is $150 (minimum) with a $50 deposit payable at the time of booking (all prices on application). You should however discuss any special requirements with our club manager.
The venue is licensed until midnight Monday to Saturday and 10pm on Sundays.
A variety of catering options are available by the club for:
Formal dining
Buffet dinners
Finger food or suppers
Coffee and cake / biscuits
Our bar is fully stocked and we can provide a range of other selected beers, wines and other beverages with sufficient notice. Our bar prices are lower than most hotel front bar prices and our bar staff are included in the club room hire cost.
We advise our facility does not allow smoking inside the premises.
We have a number of items that can be made available to you, including:
Pie warmers and bain maries
An integrated public address system featuring a cordless microphone, CD player, radio with facilities for attaching other audio equipment to the system
Mobile hot water urn for tea and coffee
BBQ facilities
Large volume cool room
Fully equipped commercial kitchen
You may also wish to hire your own band or set-up a jukebox and these can be easily accommodated.
